Case Management: Our case managers directly assist guests with Earned Income Tax Credits (EITC), benefits applications, supportive housing applications, crisis management, and other life management issues.  Our ability to assist guest grows through collaborative relationships with area agencies and not-for-profit organizations and referrals to other services such as~ Education and Work Training Centers , Detox & Rehabilitation Centers, Supportive Housing, and Public & Private Shelter Centers.

Legal Clinic: A free walk-in clinic run by a full-time staff attorney. The clinic advises and represents guests in food stamps, public assistance, disability, and housing matters. Paralegals from the Urban Justice Center assist one day a week.
